Please make sure that the text you send us is clear and easy to read. Initials, capital letters, hyphens and spaces should all be indicated clearly. As certain names can be spelled several ways (for example, Debra instead of Deborah), we will have to print names as you indicate.

We will email or send a copy of the ready-to-print texts for approval. All corrections you request will be made before printing.
